Q: How long will it take for me to receive my order ?
A: Once you have placed an order with KAWA Pro Gear, you will receive a confirmation email from us a day after you have placed your order. Given that our products are handcrafted and made to fit to your own size requirements, it will take 3-4 weeks before your order will be dispatched.
Q: Will I get a tracking number?
A: An email will be sent once your order has been dispatched. Please make sure that you give us your complete shipping address. Please take note of your tracking number. Couriers like LBC, DHL, FedEx would take 3-5 working days before reaching your country. You can track your delivery on the carrier’s respective websites. Please make sure that you provide us with your complete shipping address. KAWA Pro Gear will not be held responsible for any damages or losses due to wrong shipping address.

Before we prepare your order for transit, we meticulously check the quality of the finished product to ensure that you will get only the best. Orders may be delayed because we reserve the right to verify billing and/or shipping information, and ensure quality.
Q: Can I return my order ?
A: This only applies to orders without custom engraving. We only accept return notices 7 days after the product has been received. Should you wish to return your custom engraved product because of an error on your end (e.g. provided a misspelled name ) we would need you to cover the shipping and engraving charges. To avoid the hassle we highly recommend that you double check the details for engraving before you confirm your order. We will cover returns and shipping fees only if we have made an honest mistake on your custom engraved product.
